We are excited to announce that all rewards will be shipping out in the next few days! You will receive a tracking number in your email as soon as your rewards are packed and labeled.
Once you receive your tracking number in your email it might take 2-3 days to see any updates- that's completely normal. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders for your tracking information and to closely monitor the tracking updates (especially if you're located outside of the United States)

One Month Away From Shipping The Body Scrubber 2.0!

Greetings Backers,
We're thrilled to announce that production has been completed for the Body Scrubber 2.0. The Scrubbers are currently on their way to our warehouse to begin fulfillment. We are so excited for this next stage!
We are set to receive the shipment one month from today, so we should begin shipping out rewards around September 30th. You will receive a tracking number in your email as soon as your rewards are packed, labeled and picked up by the carrier.
What's Next?
Backerkit surveys will be locked down in the next few days. Here's what that means:
- The address you provided on the survey will be the address we ship your rewards to 📍
- This is your last chance to purchase add-ons (like our signature bathrobe or towel sets) at the best price all year 🚿
- Your card will be charged if you selected more add-ons or have any pending shipping charges. If you used Paypal, your card was charged when you submitted the survey 💸
- You'll guarantee your spot in the first batch of orders shipping out 📦
Incomplete Surveys
There are currently around 250 backers with incomplete surveys- that's about 14% of all backers. We ask that you complete your survey as soon as possible to make sure we can deliver your rewards on time.

Hi Backers 👋
Since the campaign ended a few weeks ago, things have only gotten busier for our small team at Casamera. We want to thank you for supporting our project and for your patience while we work on getting your rewards produced and shipped to your doorstep!
We're happy to announce that the Backerkit survey is out! We're sending the surveys to a small percentage of backers first, to test all the features. Once we make sure everything is running smoothly, the rest of the surveys will be sent out to everyone.
You will have until August 25th to make changes to your survey once it is completed. After that date, surveys will be locked and your card will be charged to allow us to start the shipping process
For those new to Kickstarter, the survey is where you will provide us with your shipping address, and select the infusions and any add-ons you'd like to add for your rewards. You will also be asked to pay the shipping cost for your rewards which was not collected during the campaign.
We’re certain we got everything right, but if you run into any issues please let us know by emailing us at [email protected]. This will always be the best and fastest way to reach us.
Production and Fulfillment
We're in daily communication with our manufacturer and we're happy to announce that production of the Scrubbers is underway and ahead of schedule. Next step? Shipping it over to our warehouses and then to your door! We should receive the bulk shipment around the end of August and shipping is scheduled to commence in mid-September.
Failed Payments
If your payment has failed or your pledge has been dropped due to payment issues, no worries. You'll have a chance to claim your rewards and provide a different payment method through your Backerkit survey. You will receive an email with your survey soon (Although we have no idea if you'll be notified of this update)
Reminders
- The Pack is now available in 5 different infusions: Charcoal, Volcanic Mud, Peppermint, Red Clay and Matcha. Each infusion features a unique color and benefits to your skin.
- You will have until August 25th to make changes to your survey. After that date, we'll be locking everything down so we can get started on the shipping process.
- Shipping for the first two add-ons offered during the Kickstarter campaign is free worldwide (no matter what pledge level you're in)
- Remember: most of the add-ons have limited availability so make sure you complete your survey as early as possible if you're hoping to snag our signature blankets or thirsty bath towels at a nice discount.
